Extract in your Portable Apps folder and run OfflineExplorerPortable or OfflineBrowserPortable.
Language fixed by launcher according Windows localization: ar, cz, da, de, du, en, fr, hr, hu, it, pl, ptbr, ro, ru, sk, sp, srb, src, tr, ua, zhcn, zhtc.
Settings of installed OfflineExplorer should be preserved.
